PURPOSE: A bird expelling apparatus using an induction power and a power circuit used therein are provided to detect a power induced from a distribution line, use the induction power as a power of an apparatus itself and automatically generating four types of sound in a cycle. CONSTITUTION: A power supply part(10) comprises a current detecting converter(13), a constant voltage circuit(12), and a rectifying part(11). The current detecting converter(13) is connected to one line of distribution lines(R,S,T) in a form of ring. The current detecting converter(13) has a U-shaped body which is mounted on a line and fastened with a clip to be easily installed. The rectifying part is connected to the current detecting converter(13) and converts an AC power detected from the current detecting converter(13) into a DC to supply the DC to a bird expelling apparatus. The constant voltage circuit(12) is connected to the rectifying part(11) and constantly maintains the voltage obtained from the rectifying unit(11).
