PURPOSE: A license plate assembly structure freely fixes a license plate irrespective of the distance between engaging holes thereon. CONSTITUTION: An assembly structure comprises a license plate(100), a bumper(120), a bracket(140), a bolt(160) and a nut(170). The license plate(100) has a pair of first holes with a fixed distance between installation holes. The bumper(120) has a pair of second holes with the distance between the installation holes same with the first holes. The bracket(140) is fixed on the inside of the bumper(120) and has a groove(150) formed longitudinally on the center thereof and a protrusion(180) formed on the sectional surface thereof. The bolt(160) is assembled, penetrating the first holes and the second holes to be clamped with the groove(150) of the bracket(140). The nut(170) maintains the clamping force of the bolt(160) and is fixed on the protrusion(180) of the bracket(140).
