PURPOSE: A rear wiper of a vehicle is provided to suitably maintain combining force of nut fixing a sealing member during assembling the sealing member to a rotary shaft housing. CONSTITUTION: A pair of sealing members(27,28) for sealing a through hole are inserted to a circumference of a rotary shaft housing(24). The sealing members become the lower sealing member positioned at a downside of through hole of an outer panel(11) and the upper sealing member located at an upper side of through hole of outer panel. The through hole is sealed off by being supported to upper and lower faces of the outer panel by a pulley face of a nut(26) connected to upside of the rotary shaft housing. Accordingly, for fixing the upper sealing member and the lower sealing member, the nut is combined and the upper, lower sealing members are attached to upper and lower faces to seal off the through hole. When a body compresses a specific level, upper and lower stoppers(33) are contacted not to compress the body of upper and lower sealing members. Thus combining work of nut is stopped and the nut is connected with a proper combining torque.
