PURPOSE: A guiding device for transfer of a tray in a disk driver is provided to prevent inclination of a tray at a withdrawn state, and to precisely transfer the tray into a set while not generating rotation. CONSTITUTION: Driving force of a driving source is transferred to a rack gear(26) through a driving gear(27) by moving a tray(20) having a disk on a disk mounting surface(21). Herein, the tray is transferred while inserting guide channels(25) to guide bosses(11,12,13). Therefore, in a withdrawn state of the tray, a front end portion of the tray is prevented by regulating ribs(15,16). In case of inserting the tray to a set, rotation of the tray is prevented by the guide bosses.
