PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a safe and highly efficient power generating device, by utilizing an offgas, which is exhausted from a fuel pole of a polyelectrolytic fuel cell, and an incompletly formed gas, which is generated in a hydrogen generator. SOLUTION: The power generating device is composed of a lead pipe 12, is which pressure change between a combustion control valve 8 and a merging part 11 that merges the offgas exhausted from the fuel pole 3 or the incompletely formed gas generated from the hydrogen generator 6, is led to the combustion control valve 8. The pressure change downstream the merging part 11 generated by the changes in the rate of flow in offgas or like is fed back to the combustion control valve 8 to control its differential pressure, and the fuel amount supplied to the combustion part 6 is maintained constant. By utilizing the offgas and the likes, safety and operation efficiency of the power generating device can be improved. |
