PURPOSE: A visual sensor mounting a pneumatic inner convective and detachable protective apparatus is provided to prevent a visual sensor head from being heated or damaged gradually and discharge arc light and welding gas to the outside by using a mirror surface stainless head cover and a pneumatic method to minimize thermal conduction of the visual sensor head. CONSTITUTION: A visual sensor mounting a pneumatic inner convective and detachable protective apparatus includes an outer connect for a camera(18), an outer connect(20) for a semiconductor laser, a pneumatic hose outer connect(22) fixed on the upper end part of a visual sensor head(10); a hose for transmitting air pressure(24) connected with the pneumatic hose outer connect; a mirror surface stainless head cover(30) installed on one side of the visual sensor head; a semiconductor laser power(36) installed inside a head cover(30); a semiconductor laser(14) installed inside the visual sensor head; a PCB(16) for controlling installed at the lower end of the outer connect for a camera and the outer connect for the semiconductor laser; a CCD camera(38) installed within the visual sensor head with a band pass filter and a camera lens(12); a spatter shield(28) fixed at the lower end of the visual sensor head by a bolt; a fixed type second interruption film(34) at the lower end of the visual sensor head for protecting the sensor head; a hole for transmitting camera and semiconductor laser formed on the upper part of the spatter shield; a connect for attaching the sensor head fixed on one side of the spatter shield; and a plurality of air input ports transmitted by the pneumatic hose and air flow inlets input by air pressure.
