PURPOSE: A plane light source unit and manufacturing method of hologram light guide panel increase the diffusion intensity of a light in the light source side and decrease it in the portion distant from the light source, so as to uniform the distribution of the light. CONSTITUTION: A hologram light guide panel(21) is disposed in the upper of one more long lamps(20), and a hologram diffusion layer(23) is disposed in the upper of the hologram light guide panel(21). A reflection sheet(22) for executing the diffusion and reflection of a light is disposed below the lamps(20). A diffusion sheet(24) is disposed on the hologram light guide panel(21) and an LCD panel(25) is mounted on the diffusion sheet(24). In the hologram diffusion layer(23), the density of uneven portion for forming a hologram(H1) is highest in the light source(20)-positioned portion, and becomes low gradually as the uneven portion becomes distant from the light source(20). So, the density is lowest in the middle portion between the light sources(20). |
