APPARATUS FOR CORRECTING EXTRUDING FORCE OF RAM INSERTED INTO COKES OVEN

PURPOSE: An apparatus for correcting extruding force of ram is provided to accurately detect and correct and/or compensate the extruding force to discharge calcined cokes out of carbonization chamber by using hydraulic pressure applied to the ram. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a ram head (21) to be inserted into a cokes oven; a pinion gear (23) engaged with a rack at rear end of the head; a driving motor (27) for the gear (23); and a torque detector (24) equipped to a driving shaft (25) connecting the motor (27) and the gear (23) in order to detect torque as voltage value. The ram head is fixed to a fixed body (10) by at least one of plates (41). The plate (41) is equipped with a hydraulic system (31) at its top side to press the fixed body (10) and the head (41) through the extension of stroke. The apparatus further includes a pressure sensor (34) to determine the pressure of hydraulic system (31) and an operation device to compare the detected pressure from the torque detector (24) and the determined pressure of the pressure sensor (34).
