PURPOSE: An adjusting device for pickup skew of a disk driver is provided to adjust the pickup skew through adjusting height of a pickup guide shaft while performing as a weight balancer of balancing a pickup base. CONSTITUTION: A tool is inserted to an adjust groove(32) of an adjusting tool(30) on a weight balancer(40). The adjusting tool is rotated for adjusting height of pickup guide shafts(22). Lower sides of the pickup guide shafts are supported by a spring, and movement of the pickup guide shaft is regulated by a guide bar. The adjusting tool is installed on the weight balancer for combining the weight balancer to a pickup base(20) by using combining nuts(42). Therefore, vibration of the pickup base is prevented while conveniently adjusting height of the pickup guide shafts. Therefore, skew of an optical pickup is conveniently adjusted.
