PURPOSE: A high pressure motor electronic staring apparatus having a test unit is provided to judge whether an electronic starting apparatus is normally operated by applying a low voltage and control an adjustment by checking a zero crossing timing of each component. CONSTITUTION: Power supplying lines(R,S,T) are connected to a power supply transformer(T5) and zero crossing detecting transforms(T6,T7,T8) through a switch(SW). Taps(C5,C6,C7,C8) are connected to input sides of the power supplying transformer(T5), and the respective zero crossing detecting transforms(T6,T7,T8), so as to obtain a constant output voltage, whether an input voltage is a test voltage or a voltage of a normal operation. When it is a low voltage during a test, the R, S and T lines are connected to one side terminals of the transformer and taps(C5,C7,C8) while when it is a high voltage during a normal operation, the lines are connected to the one side terminals of the transformer and other side terminal of the transformer. A turn ratio of the input and output side of the transformer is switched by the switch even when the low voltage is supplied, whereby a constant voltage is output.
