PURPOSE: A spray-contact type wastewater purifying method and an equipment thereof are provided. This system enhances heat efficiency and continuously produces a large amount of good-quality vapor that is sterilized, activated and maximized in far infrared effect. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the following steps: i) spraying influent wastewater by sprayers(33a,33b,33c) in a first heating tank(30), evaporating water, and then burning impurities; ii) flowing the vapor into a second heating tank(40) from bottom and passing the vapor through high temperature filter media(43), followed by filtering out impurities and sterilizing the vapor; iii) passing the sterilized vapor through heat exchangers and cooling and condensing it to form pure water; and iv) passing the pure water through a filter to form potable water.
