PURPOSE: An intelligent type information providing system using an internal switch of an ATM method is provided to implement a high reliability and network expandability. CONSTITUTION: An IP system includes a control sub-system(210), a special resource process sub-system(220), a high speed Ethernet switch(230), and an ATM switch(240). An ATM switch(240) is provided in an internal communication network. The control sub-system(210) which performs a CCS No. 7 signaling and service control and process of an IP system includes a service controller(211), an INAP protocol processor(213), an ISUP protocol processor(212), a No. 7 signal network platform(215), a switch controller(214), a digital trunk matching unit(216), an ATM-digital trunk matching unit(217), a high speed Ethernet matching board(218), and an ATM matching board(219). A special resource process sub-system(220) is classified into function-based sub-units, and each sub-unit mounts a LAN matching board(222) and an ATM matching board(232) and includes a voice guide/recording and DTMF gathering/process board(224), a voice recognition board(225), a voice mixing board(226), and a fax process board(227).
