FILTER PLATE SEPARATING APPARATUS OF FILTER PRESS

PURPOSE: A filter plate separating apparatus of filter press is provided, which can widen the filter plates all at once at a fixed distance to separate sludge cake and so can proceed the separation work rapidly and conveniently, thereby shortening the treatment time and enabling the operation members to work continuously and to prevent any reduction of products. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) two vertical main bodies (10) which are set at the both ends of the filter and have a driving cylinder (16) that penetrates the main bodies (10) and two fixing brackets (58) of projection for fixing a supply pipe (48), the driving cylinder (16) being to press the push plate and astern operation of the push plate being to separate each filter plate at a fixed distance; (ii) two guide bars (30) which are set parallel to each other at the almost top part for receiving guide holders (32) which are made on top two angles of filter plates (12) and connecting members (40); (ii) filter plates (12) in which filter paper (13) is fixed and which are alternately set with connecting members (40); (iii) many connecting members (40) which are set between filter plates (12) for fixing filter plates at a definite distance by cross-link members (20); (iv) an air pipe (50) that is connected to the supply pipe (48) through a solenoid valve (54); (v) a gutter pan (60) that is set at the bottom of the system for receiving water dewatered from the filter; (vi) a detecting sensor (70); and (viii) a spraying pipe (80).
