PURPOSE: A microwave oven cavity assembly is provided to reduce the number of parts and to cut down cost by simplifying structure and an assembling process. CONSTITUTION: A cavity assembly of a microwave oven comprises an upper assembly(32) and a lower assembly(34) welded with each other. Thus, a cavity(30) as a heating compartment is formed. On one side of the lower assembly, a wave guide(36) is integrated. A canopy(40) is installed in the wave guide. An opening bracket(42) is fixed on the outside of the canopy. As the wave guide is integrated with the lower assembly, the assembling tolerance to the position of the wave guide is avoided.
