PURPOSE: Provided is medium including periosteum culture broth for human cell cultivation to eliminate existing problems such as the delay of multiplication speed and the loss of phenotype. CONSTITUTION: The medium for cultivating human cells includes 10-99%(v/v), preferably 20-70%(v/v), of periosteum culture broth obtained by cultivating and filtering periosteum tissue. Other ingredients of the medium are insulin, transferrin, selenium, T3 hormone (3,3,5-triiodo-L-thyronine), transforming growth factor (TGF-β), insulin-like growth factor (IGF), fibroblast growth factor (FGF), platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF), keratinocyte growth factor (KGF), and epidermal growth factor (EGF). Each 1mg/l-15mg/l of insulin and transferrin is used while 1μg/l-15μg/l of T3 hormone (3,3,5-triiodo-L-thyronine) used. |
