PURPOSE: An anchor leads out a seat belt to a certain position and fix to minimize the oppressive sensation given to a passenger on put on the seat belt. CONSTITUTION: An anchor comprises an anchor body(1) and a stopper(2). The anchor body(1) has supporters(4a, 4b) protrusive on both sides of the lower part thereof. First penetrating holes(8a, 8b) are formed on the centers of the supporters(4a, 4b). Fixing grooves(9a, 9b) are formed on the upper ends of the inner sides of the supporters(4a, 4b) for springs(6a, 6b) to be inserted into. A central part is formed between the supporters(4a, 4b). A third penetrating hole(14) is formed on the center of the central part. The stopper includes insertion parts(13a, 13b), second penetrating holes(10a, 10b) and guide grooves(11). The insertion parts(13a, 13b) are formed to be inserted between the supporters(4a, 4b) and the central part(5). The second penetrating holes(10a, 10b) are formed on the centers of the insertion parts(13a, 13b). The guide grooves(11) are formed to be hooked to one sides of the upper parts of the second penetrating holes(10a, 10b) by balls(7a, 7b).
