PURPOSE: Provided is a pineapple slicing machine for separating edible parts of pineapple from the hard skin and the central hard core and cutting the pineapple into slices safely and neatly. CONSTITUTION: The slicing machine comprises a case(20) with a bottom support(60), a first driving axis(30) installed at the top of the case rotatably by a first transporting handle(26) and including a first bevel gear(36) at the both ends, a ball screw(50) installed in a gear box(22) fixed to the case to be rotatably by a second bevel gear(40) meshed with the first bevel gear, a cutting tube(52) installed to be vertically removed along the ball screw and having a cutter(54) at the bottom part, and a holding device for holding pineapples placed on the support. The holding device is composed of a secondary driving axis(62) installed at the lower part of the case to be rotatably by a second transporting handle(56), a couple of holders(64,64') removed along the screw part of the second driving axis while the second transporting handle is being rotated and become apart or approached with each other for fixing the pineapples through fixing plates(65,65'), a guide rod(66) placed between both side plates of the case for guiding longitudinal removal of the holders and blocking the holders of being rotated.
