DEVICE FOR CONTINUOUSLY ADJUSTING PARTICLE SIZE OF SLAG SANDS

PURPOSE: A device for continuously adjusting the particle size of slag sands is provided which effectively removes iron particles from the slag and simply and freely adjust the particle size of the slag. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: (i) a vibrating part(10) which has a first and a second filtering sieves(12)(13) having a net in an upper part open hopper casing(11), and a vibrating source(16) being adjacent to a vibrating plate(15) connected to the lower end of an outlet(14) of the hopper casing; (ii) a transferring part(20) which has a shaft(23) having a screw(24) on the interior void(22) of a main body(21), a rotation driving member(25) on the rear end of the shaft, an outside fixed circular cone(26) formed on the inner circumference of the interior void and an interior rotating circular cone(27) being placed on the tip end of the shaft in regular intervals(G); and (iii) a controlling part(30) which has a moving screw(32), which is engaged with a fixed screw(31) formed on the rear end of the main body and has a hanging groove to hang a hanging jaw of the shaft, to control the interval by horizontally moving the shaft.
