APPARATUS FOR FORMING BARRIER RIP OF BACK SUBSTRATE FOR PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PURPOSE: An apparatus for forming a barrier rip of a back substrate for a plasma display panel is provided to make uniformly a barrier rip by coating the lower surface table or the lower roller, by mounting a sub-roller to a roller. CONSTITUTION: A barrier rip(50) is formed at the back substrate(30), coated on the upper plane of a barrier rip material layer(40), by means of the upper pressing means(10) and the lower supporting means(25). The upper pressing means(10) is a surface table of a plane type. An elastic body(60) such as a synthetic robber(MBR) is coated on the peripheral side of the lower supporting means. The pressing means is a roller(10). A sub-roller(70) is installed at the upper end of the roller(10). The quality of the roller(10) is one of SUS and S45C. An alignment module is installed at an apparatus for forming the barrier rip. The alignment module apply for CCD camera to form the barrier rip between a fine address electrode.
