METHOD AND DEVICE OF COMBUSTION IN AIR HEATING FURNACE OF BLAST FURNACE

PURPOSE: A combustion method and device are provided to make unnecessary additional equipment for boosting COG(Cokes Oven Gas) by enabling mixing of COG with blast furnace gas, to prevent incomplete combustion and to continuously supply hot air into a blast furnace. CONSTITUTION: COG is supplied to a gas mixing unit to keep 1:10 mixing ratio of COG to blast furnace gas via a connecting pipe(120) connected with a cokes factory(110). Blast furnace gas is supplied to the gas mixing unit to keep 10:1 mixing ratio of blast furnace gas to COG via a connecting pipe(220) connected to a blast furnace factory. COG is injected via a lance(320) by forming a swirl via an ejector(130) connected to the connecting pipe to mix the blast furnace gas with COG. The mixed gas is inputted to a burner(310) of a combustion chamber(330) by pressure difference. Therefore, an additional booster becomes unnecessary.
