发明名称 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR STABILIZING STEEL SHEET DURING ELECTROMAGNETIC WIPING IN CONTINUOUS HOT DIP COATING PROCESS
摘要 PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for stabilizing a steel sheet during electromagnetic wiping in the continuous hot dip coating process are provided to simply relieve instability of steel sheet generated by alternating current magnetism by baffling a sheltering pipe in which a cooling line is penetrated adjacent to the edge parts of both sides of a hot dip coating steel sheet transferred in an electromagnetic wiper. CONSTITUTION: In a method for stabilizing a steel sheet during electromagnetic wiping using a linear inductor for controlling an adhered amount of the plating layer in continuous hot dip coating process of a steel sheet, the method comprises the process of installing a non-contact type sheltering pipe for absorbing and dispersing magnetic force adjacent to the edge parts of both sides of the steel sheet, thereby alleviating the magnetic force affecting the edge parts of the steel sheet so that distortion, adherence and vibration of the steel sheet are reduced. In an apparatus for stabilizing a steel sheet during electromagnetic wiping using a linear inductor for controlling an adhered amount of the plating layer in continuous hot dip coating process of a steel sheet, the apparatus comprises a sheltering pipe (10) installed as a non-contact type adjacent to the edge parts of both sides of the steel sheet (1) between both sides of a linear inductor (6) located at the front and back of the steel sheet (1); and a cooling line (11) installed by penetrating the inside of the sheltering pipe (10).
