HYPALON RUBBER COMPOSITION HAVING EXCELLENT ACID-RESISTANCE

PURPOSE: A hypalon rubber composition is provided for increasing acid-resistance of hypalon rubber material and having good mechanical property under acidic condition by adding polyvinyl chloride compound to the hypalon rubber material. CONSTITUTION: The hypalon rubber composition having excellent acid-resistance and good mechanical property under acidic condition comprises hypalon rubber material and 10-30 phr(part per hundred) of polyvinyl chloride per 100 weight parts of the hypalon rubber material. The composition can further contain inorganic additives such as inorganic vulcanizing agent and vulcanizing accelerator, vulcanizing adjuvant, filler, reinforcing agent, coloring agent, flame-retardants, foaming agent, lubricants, magneticity provider. The composition can further contain organic additives such as dropping accelerator, softener, adhesion provider, organic vulcanizing agent or vulcanizing accelerator, activating agent, rubber reforming agent, anti-scotching agent, anti-aging agent.
