PURPOSE: A thin type liquid crystal panel manufacturing method removes an alien substance adhered on a liquid crystal panel automatically and reduces the defect rate caused by the scratch of the liquid crystal panel. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal cleaning includes the first alien substance removing part(210), an inverting part(220) and the second alien substance removing part(230). The first and the second alien substance removing parts(210,230) remove the alien substance adhered in the respective surfaces of a liquid crystal panel by using a rapidly rotating roller with an abrasive grain. The inverting part(220) inverts the liquid crystal panel of which the alien substance of the first surface is removed. An etching device includes a loading part(240) for loading the plural alien substance-removed liquid crystal panels, an etching part(250) for etching the first and the second surfaces of the liquid crystal panel, a cleaning part for cleaning a residual etching solution remaining in the liquid crystal panel etched in the etching part(250), and a drying part(270) for drying the cleaned liquid crystal panel. |
