PURPOSE: A method for drawing a free gift using a vehicle number through the Internet is provided to increase the number of members of a homepage and manage a member information database by increasing a probability for a lot and defining a lot objected person specifically. CONSTITUTION: Users connects to a homepage opened by a free gift provider and joins to the membership by inputting member information such as a vehicle number, a name and an address. A database storing information of members is created. A prizewinner is selected by extracting four-numeral out of a vehicle number of the member and drawing four-numeral winning number. The prizewinner is displayed on the homepage. If the prizewinner connects to the homepage and identifying the winning, the free gift is provided to the prizewinner.
