PURPOSE: A sliding preventing shoes are provided to make function of sliding prevention to maximum in correspondence to the natural condition as an icy road or mountains only with the simple operation without extra installation, release and carrying. CONSTITUTION: The sliding preventing shoes include a shoes heel(5), reinforced cores(11), rotary projections(22). After the assembly of the shoes heel(5) is finished, the rotary projections(22) of the inside of the heel(5) are operated and the reinforce cores(11) are inserted into the inside and the normal walking is carried out. If the user wants to walk on the icy road or mountains, he operates the rotary projections(22) and the reinforced cores(11) are projected with the appropriate height and the sliding is prevented. The operation of the rotary projections(22) and movement of the reinforced cores(11) are vertical, so if the rotary projections(22) aren't directly operated, the reinforced cores(11) don't go up by being pushed in walking.
