THICK FILM TYPE SEMICONDUCTOR GAS SENSOR ARRAY FOR SENSING EXPLOSIVE GAS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A thick film type semiconductor gas sensor array for sensing explosive gas and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent capacity lowering and erroneous operation of an alarm or a measuring instrument, and selectively recognize the explosive gas and make explosive gas fixed quantity. CONSTITUTION: A thick film type semiconductor gas sensor array for sensing explosive gas includes a plurality of electrodes(3) by silk screen printing at a front surface of an alumina substrate(1) by using platinum paste, a heater(2) formed at a rear surface of the alumina substrate and having a twisted structure formed over the part where the electrodes are positioned, each different sensing material(4) formed on the plurality of electrodes, and pins(6) fixed at the electrodes by using silver paste(5).
