WET CURING POLYURETHANE ADHESIVE HAVING RAPID SOLIDIFICATION PROPERTY

PURPOSE: A wet curing polyurethane adhesive with rapid solidification property is provided to express initial adhesion effect by mechanically applying the adhesive without cooling process thereof, by being comprised of low molecular weight isothianate compound and aromatic polyester polyol having specific molecular weight and melting point. CONSTITUTION: The polyurethane adhesive for expressing initial adhesion effect and good heat-resistance, stability and hydrolysis-proofing ability comprises 15-30 wt.% of isothianate compound having 1-4% of isothianate radical ratio; 20-70 wt.% of aromatic polyester polyol having 700-2500 molecular weight; 5-40 wt.% of aliphatic polyester polyol having 1500-2500 molecular weight; 1-10 wt.% of chain expanding agent such as diol or triol base glycols; 0-0.5 wt.% of heat-stabilizing agent and 1-10 wt.% of acrylic additive. The adhesive composition has the viscosity of 10,000-90,000 cps at 130 deg.C.
