PURPOSE: A fastening structure for the door trim of a vehicle has an excellent appearance and does not require an added member. CONSTITUTION: An arm rest(50) projects integratedly from a boss(50b) having a screw hole(50a) on an external surface thereof. Then, a first arm rest bracket(20) abuts the trailing end of the boss(50b) and a screw(52) inserts into the screw hole(50a) to fit the arm rest bracket(20) with the end of the boss(50b). Thus, a fastening structure for a door trim of a vehicle does not expose an arm rest and a first arm bracket at connecting state thereof, thereby enhancing an appearance, and does not require added parts, thereby reducing the cost of production.
