PURPOSE: A treatment method of livestock wastewater and excrement is provided, which can produce concentrated urine in which toxic material such as urea is decomposed by metabolism and ammonia and phosphate remain as nutrients, thereby enabling a liquid fertilizer produced from it to be used without passing a long aging period. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises as follows: (i) separate sludge of livestock wastewater or excrements into solid-liquid; (ii) convert urea constituents of the separated urine to ammonia through a biofilm reactor (20); (iii) remove metabolite and exfoliated microorganism of the biofilm reactor by pressurized flotation using a coagulant agent and micro air bubble; and (iv) concentrate urine by vibrating membrane separation or reverse osmosis membrane.
