PURPOSE: A connecting rod is provided to increase displacement volume of an engine by changing a stroke distance of a piston, and improve the productivity without changing the design of the connecting rod when displacement volume is increased. CONSTITUTION: A connecting rod includes an elongated hole(5) formed in a small end(2) in longitudinal direction, a bushing(7) inserted into the elongated hole and forming an insertion hole to be inclined toward or downward for inserting a piston pin(1), a needle bearing(8) inserted between the insertion hole and the piston pin to smoothly rotate the piston pin inserted into the insertion hole, so that a stroke distance is changeable according to insertion direction of the bushing.
