PURPOSE: An opening and shutting apparatus for flowing fluid is provided to make apparatus of saving a water, to prevent reverse flow of fluid using an injection valve, and improve ability of an apparatus for flowing fluid. CONSTITUTION: A haft(50) is formed perpendicularly in the middle of a face of an injection valve(40) having a projecting part(60). A perforating hole(46) or a valve case hole is inserted by the haft in an annular projection(2) of a penetrating apparatus(1). A face in the side of the haft of the injection valve is stick to a cutting face of the annular projection or the valve case. Therefore, a switchgear of an apparatus for fluid contains a simple progress of work. The injection face of the superior injection valve is stick to the annular projection without a use of packing and a production cost of the manufactures can be cut down.
