APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING DISCHARGING POSITION OF FINE IRON ORE IN FLUIDIZED-BED REDUCTION FURNACE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling the discharging position of fine iron ore in a fluidized-bed reduction furnace is provided to improve operation productivity and stability by instantaneously and easily reacting to the change of operation conditions, thereby constantly maintaining reduction ratio of iron ore discharged so as to remove burden of the following reduction process or lowering the defective ratio of final product reduced iron. CONSTITUTION: In a fluidized-bed reduction furnace comprising ore charging and discharging pipes (13,15) charging and discharging fine iron ore; gas feeding and exhausting pipes (11,12) feeding and exhausting a reduced gas; and a dispersion plate (14) uniformly distributing the reduced gas that is employed for forming a fluidized-bed, thereby manufacturing ingot iron, the apparatus for controlling the discharging position of fine iron ore in a fluidized-bed reduction furnace comprises a vertical pipe (21) which is vertically extended to a certain level with projected into the fluidized-bed reduction furnace from the end of the inlet of the ore discharging pipe (15); a transfer pipe (22) having a certain length which is up and down movably assembled into the vertical pipe (21); an ore feeding mesh (23) which is mounted to the upper part of the transfer pipe (22), through which the reduction reacted ore is fed into the pipe; and a motor member (25) controlling a level of the ore feeding mesh (23) of the transfer pipe (22) by rotating a drum (26) winding a steel wire (24) one end of which is connected to the upper surface of the ore feeding mesh (23) in a forward or reverse direction.
