PURPOSE: Provided is a hair dying agent composition by which allergy on the head skin is reduced, hair damage is prevented and remaining smell is easily removed after dyeing, which improves dyeing effect, reduces dyeing time and improves dyeing stability. CONSTITUTION: This composition is obtained by dissolving a dye composition comprising 0.25 to 0.35 parts by weight of p-phenylenediamine, 0.07 to 0.13 parts by weight of o-aminophenol, 0.03 to 0.07 parts by weight of p-nitro-o-phenylenediamine, 0.5 to 1.0 parts by nitro-p-phenylenediamine, 0.015 to 0.025 parts by weight of p-amino-o-cresol, and 0.35 to 0.45 parts by weight of resorcin as an effective component, 6 to 10 parts by weight of a solvent, 9.5 to 13.5 parts by weight of a base material, 14 to 19 parts by weight of an emulsifier and 0.5 to 2.5 parts by weight of other additives in 55 to 66 parts by weight of purified water.
