PURPOSE: An on-line electronic paying servicing method is provided to issue an electronic paying guarantee token(that is, an electronic signature) at an electronic commercial transaction in an opened on-line network as the Internet. CONSTITUTION: An on-line electronic paying service registering process between a buyer(11) and an electronic paying service system is performed(201). If the buyer(11) purchases a commodity through on-line, a confirming thereof is performed by transmitting a total buying amount of the commodity to be bought and a seller conforming information to the buyer(11) from the seller(12)(203). An on-line electronic paying service registering process between the seller(12) and an electronic paying service system(13) may be performed(202). If the buyer(11) requests an issuing of an electronic paying token from the electronic paying service system(13)(204), the electronic paying service system(13) searches a buyer information and decides an issuing of the electronic paying token(205) and issues the electronic paying token(206). The electronic paying service system(13) transmits the electronic paying token to the buyer(11) in accordance with a request of the buyer(11)(209). The electronic paying token is transmitted from the buyer(11) to the seller(12), and if a calculating request exists, the electronic paying service system(13) processes the calculating process and informs the calculating process result to the seller(12)(212). The seller(12) may notify the calculating process result to the buyer(11)(213).
