SINTERING BOILER RELEASE DAMPER DRIVING CONTROLLER

PURPOSE: A release damper driving controller automatically and variably controls the opening amount of a cooler release damper correspondingly with the change of temperature of a heat releasing gas discharged from a cooler to control the heat input temperature of a boiler to optimized condition needed for vapor generation. CONSTITUTION: A driving controller comprises a cooler temperature detector(11), an opening amount detecting part(30), a process comparing and determining part(41), a calculating and controlling part(42), a damper comparing part(44) and a damper driving part(46). The opening amount detecting part(30) detects the current opening amount of a cooler release damper(13). The process comparing and determining part(41) receives detected values of temperature, flowing amount and pressure of a cooler(10) and compares with preset standard signals to determine whether the values are satisfy the condition of adjustment of opening amount of the cooler release damper(13). The calculating and controlling part(42) outputs signal increasing and decreasing the opening amount of the release damper(13) according to the changes of the current temperature, pressure and flowing amount if the condition of adjustment of opening amount of the cooler release damper(13) in the process comparing and determining part(41). The damper comparing part(44) compares the detected value of the opening amount with the opening amount increase/decrease value outputted by the calculating and controlling part(42) to output damper opening amount control signal. The damper driving part(46) drives the damper(13) by the damper opening amount control signal outputted by the damper comparing part(44).
