PURPOSE: A full electronic exchange system capable of providing Internet service is provided to perform Internet service without additional equipment by mounting Internet access part in the full electronic exchange. CONSTITUTION: The full electronic exchange system(200) is connected to a number of subscriber terminal(100)s and is able to provide Internet service. A subscriber matching unit(202) matches the multiple number of subscriber terminals with the full electronic exchange system. A number translating part(204) determines the terminating subscriber according to the random telephone number input from the matching unit. If the terminating subscriber is determined to be an ISP(Internet Service Provider), a message transferring unit(206) forms a predetermined subscriber channel, transforms and transfers the message. An Internet access unit(208) performs PPP protocol with one predetermined subscriber terminal(100) among the multiple number of terminals according to the message.
