PURPOSE: A bidirectional installation head is provided to bidirectionally install a fiber bundle in a tube cable by one-time work at the same time and protect an exposed fiber bundle by only one crossdown. CONSTITUTION: The first and second installation heads(21,22) are formed as one body so as to install in both directions at the same time. The first and second installation heads(21,22) are arranged on a straight line. The first and second covers(24,25) are installed on a top where the first and second installation heads(21,22) occupy at an integrated head housing(23). An inflow path of the fiber bundle(1) flowing in the first and second installation heads(21,22) are crossed at a center portion of the head housing(23).
