PURPOSE: A porcelain enamel cooking equipment is provided to obtain a cooking equipment having beautiful external appearance of which strength and abrasion resistance of a coating layer are improved, and greatly improve heat resistance and abrasion resistance of the coating layer by forming a first coating layer composed of a non polishing porous material on the surface of the cooking equipment, and forming a second coating layer of the surface of the first coating layer again. CONSTITUTION: In a cooking equipment manufactured by casting, the porcelain enamel cooking equipment is manufactured by the processes of preparing an enamel by selectively mixing 10 to 25 wt.% of silica, 15 to 25 wt.% of alumina oxide, 10 to 20 wt.% of elvan, 5 to 15 wt.% of feldspar, 15 to 25 wt.% of borax and one or more constituents selected from the group consisting of cobalt, nickel oxide, potassium nitrate, soda ash, fluorite, and manganese; forming a first coating layer composed of a non polishing porous material by calcining the enamel coated cooking equipment at a temperature of 400 deg.C or more for about 8 to 20 minutes after coating the enamel on the surface of the cooking equipment; and forming a second coating layer by coating Teflon on the surface of the first coating layer, wherein an enamel is prepared by filtering the enamel constituents with a sieve of maximum 200 meshes or less under the state that enamel constituents are mixed after decreasing a content of silica out of the enamel constituents in the second coating process.
