1319168 Electric heating GLANZSTOFF AG 19 April 1971 [14 Feb 1970] 21714/71 Heading H5H A flexible heating covering for attachment to ceilings comprises a laminated structure in which the heating element is formed from a textile material impregnated with a synthetic resin loaded with carbon particles. This is provided with electrode strips for connection to a supply circuit and is covered on each side by a sheet of synthetic resin. One of these sheets additionally carries a sheet of aluminium foil and an outer decorative layer which may be of plastics or fabric. The other sheet preferably carries a layer of insulating material, such as a non-woven material of polyester fibres, and, in use, this is arranged to come between the heating element and the ceiling to which it is attached. |
