PURPOSE: A barrier curb stone and a producing method thereof are provided to use materials having safety against various chloride ion and salinity, and to reduce a cost. CONSTITUTION: A barrier curb stone and a producing method comprises: a first process pressurize forming a molding compound as a rectangular outer frame(10) mounting a filler inject port(11) and a bolt insert hole by heat press; a second process fixing the outer frame by an anchor bolt; and a third process injecting filler to an inside space formed by the outer frame through the filler inject port. The barrier curb stone is composed of the outer frame and the filler injected to the outer frame. The outer frame composed of a bolt hole(12) inserting the anchor bolt, the filler inject port and ribs(13,14) reinforcing the stiffener of the frame. Thereby, the barrier curb stone improves endurance by using an outer frame protecting agent having safety against various chloride ions and salinity. |
