PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a terminal for an electric connection and a structure thereof are provided to simplify a manufacturing process and reduce a time for a production by forming a terminal body integrally formed a head and a pin unit by hitting a material having a high conductivity and a softness using a head punch and a making synthetic resins at the outer circumferential surface of the pin unit fabricated by knurling of various resin separation preventing protrusion using an injection molding integrally. CONSTITUTION: A terminal body is made for integrally forming a head and a pin unit by hitting a material having a high conductivity and a softness characteristic using a head punch. Various shaped resin separation preventing protrusion is formed at the outer circumferential surface of the pin unit of the terminal body being integrally formed a head and a pin unit by hitting the protrusion using the head punch using various methods as a knurling process. An electric connecting terminal is completed by processing an integral injection molding of synthetic resins at the outer circumferential surface of the pin unit having the resin separation preventing protrusion on the surface of the terminal body.
