HIGH EFFICIENCY DUST CHARGING EQUIPMENT OF HELICAL SCREW TYPE

PURPOSE: A high efficiency dust charging equipment of helical screw type is provided, which can charge dust by turbulent flow caused by helical screws with high charging efficiency and little power consumption, so that the charged dust particles of high porosity can be easily removed by filter thus keeping low pressure drop caused by high porosity dust layer, reducing dedusting frequency of filter and extending the life of filter. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a grounded cylindrical electrode (4) that installed between the dust emission equipment and dust collector and functions as a duct; and (ii) a corona charging electrode (3) of helical screw type which is installed inside the grounded cylindrical electrode (4) for charging dust particles and is supported by a central supporting bar (7) that horizontally penetrates heat resistant insulating supporting body (2).
