PURPOSE: A pressure resistant molding device is provided which prevents a hose from being scratched when manufactured. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: (i) a center pipe(10) which is installed on the path where fabrics are transferred in longitudinal direction and which has the same inside diameter as that of a hose to be manufactured; (ii) three guide blocks(20)(30)(40) which are constituted along the center pipe in sequence and where each guide passage is perforated to overlap both ends part of the fabrics in which, the both ends part are separated to each other at regular intervals, in the width direction with being transferred along the outside surface of the center pipe and discharge the overlapped fabrics in a hose shape for covering the center pipe; (iii) an adhesive supplying machine(55) which is installed on the rear of the guide blocks and coats adhesive on the separated both ends part of the fabrics having passed through the guide blocks in sequence; and (iv) a compression roller(60) which is installed on the rear of the adhesive supplying machine and compresses the overlapped part of fabrics to adhere the overlapped both ends part of the fabrics by the adhesive.
