PURPOSE: A torsion beam mounting structure of torsion beam type suspension device for a vehicle improves the follow up characteristic, straight running stability and turning stability of a torsion beam when a lateral force is acted. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal type rubber bush(20) is disposed on the front end portions of trailing arms(4,6). The horizontal type rubber bush(20) is connected to a vertical type rubber bush(22) by interposing a connecting member(32) therebetween. Thus, a torsion beam is connected to a vehicle body through the vertical type rubber bush(22) and the horizontal type rubber bush(20). Thus, the postures of outside wheels are induced to a tow-in state on turning. Therefore, the follow up characteristic, straight running stability and turning stability of the torsion beam are improved.
