PURPOSE: An under cover assembling device for an engine is provided to improve the assembling and repairing efficiency of an under cover by making an under cover easily mounted on a frame. CONSTITUTION: An under cover(12) is combined to the lower part of a frame(11) for the reduction of noise discharge. An elongated hole(13) is formed on an assembling face of the under cover. A bracket(15) having a stopping piece(151) and a hook(152) is combined to a lower side curve of the frame. An assembling member(16) having a conical head(162) locked in the elongated hole on the front part of a bar-shaped body(161), a locking protrusion(163) larger than the elongated hole at the front end of the head, a handle(164) at the end of the body and a locking rod(165) between the locking protrusion and the handle is prepared. By using the assembling member, the under cover is easily mounted on the frame.
