PURPOSE: A cushion frame makes a submarine prevention board operated to prevent a passenger's knee and so from being held between an instrument panel and a floor panel by a submarine shape only on a collision accident to improve seating quality of the passenger. CONSTITUTION: The upper part of a box body(10) is opened to form an accommodating part for the lower part of a cushion seat(30) to be accommodated and fixed. A first opening(12a) and a second opening(12b) are formed on the front surface and the rear surface of a bottom board(12) of the box body(10) respectively to penetrate horizontally. A hinge axis(40) is installed on the bottom of the bottom board(12). A connecting part(20) is rotatably engaged with the hinge axis(40) and has a submarine prevention board(21) formed on the front end thereof and a pressurizing board(22) formed on the rear end thereof.
