PURPOSE: An eliminating device for swap in a temporary storing tank of oil is provided to conveniently flow oil to a filter tank through filtering fine swap in polishing oil inputted to the temporary storing tank. CONSTITUTION: By turning on a switch, a solenoid valve(26) supplying air to a driving cylinder(25) is opened and closed for venting air to chambers of the driving cylinder. Thus, a piston rod of the cylinder is reciprocated for vibrating a filter(22) connected to the piston rod. Therefore, swap attached on the filter is removed. Herein, a rubber plate(23) is installed on the filter for maintaining vibration of the filter. The fine swap is collected at a lower surface of a blocking plate(20) for being inputted to a cylinder through a slit. Then, the swap is inputted to a conveyer according to operation of a driving motor.
