PURPOSE: Provided are green pepper sauce which has hot and specific taste of Hot Pepper SAFI different from common green pepper. And its manufacturing method is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing the green pepper sauce having hot and specific taste is comprised of the following steps of: i) cutting Hot Pepper SAFI to obtain a certain size of pieces; ii) mixing the cut Hot Pepper SAFI with edible oil in a ratio of 6:4 to manufacture pepper sauce and heating the pepper sauce at high temperatures; iii) sterilizing the pepper sauce; iv) cooling the sterilized sauce to prevent degeneration of the pepper sauce; v) storing and packaging the pepper sauce; and vi) making products with the sauce. |
