The device comprises a link multi-rod mechanism which has at least four linked rods, in which rods defining frontier share a common pintle wire. The two pintle wires are approximately extended in the opposite direction. At the start position of the multi-rod mechanism, one rod can perform two movements corresponding to its adjacent rod in which at least one movement will hinder most of the other movement at the beginning of the movement.
