PURPOSE: A synchronizing device of a manual transmission improves the shift quality and the durability of a transmission by separating a sleeve to an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A synchronizing device of a manual transmission comprises a sleeve and a shock absorbing coupling mechanism(70). The sleeve(61) is separated into an inner sleeve(61) and an outer sleeve(65). The coupling mechanism(70) is mounted between the sleeves(61,65). Thus, collisions between parts are relieved on shifting gears or neutral state converting, thereby improving the durabilities of the parts. Further, on a rapid lever operation by a driver, an impact is transmitted to the driver by being relieved through the shock absorbing coupling mechanism(70) and the outer sleeve(65), thereby improving the shift quality of the lever. |
